Returns & Refunds

Returns will be exchanged or refunded upon request. Returns must be notified by email within 7 days of receipt and returned to me within 14 days, in all original packaging.

Buyer must meet the cost of the delivery and return costs.

I recommend goods are returned by a fully tracked and insured delivery service as I cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.

For damaged items, the goods must be signed for as 'damaged'. We must receive notice of your claim within 24 hours of the delivery date and time, with all paperwork and photographic evidence - detailed photos of original packaging and damaged areas. Without these I will not be able to make a claim to the courier (does not apply for parcels which are not insured in case of damage during delivery).

Once claim has been made our aim is to answer within 14 working days.

Once claim approved compensation offer will be emailed to the buyer. Buyer has 14 working days to accept or reject offer. If we will not hear from the buyer within 14 calendar days since offer has been made we assume that you no longer wish to claim and no further offers will be made.
