Delivery

SMALLER ITEMS:

We always use third parties to keep cost of delivery down - item is covered by shipping insurance only in case of loss, but not damage (unlikely) - by clicking buy now you`re confirming that you understood it and we will not be able to make a claim to the third party and issue refund in case of damage during delivery - this is buyer`s risk
please note - they will try to deliver your parcel only twice - after two attempts you can collect parcel from their depot within two days - if you will not collect, parcel will be sent back to us at original postage cost (cost of delivery and return must be met by buyer)
most of Scotland & England mainland postcodes are covered by our courier who deliver for us large & fragile items - small items can be delivered at cost of 30£ (average) - this delivery option is fully insured, courier will contact buyer in advance to confirm delivery date & time - if you would like to take fully insured, one man service postage option please contact us

DISPATCH TIME:

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please make sure you will be able to accept delivery - if you will not be at home please provide alternative delivery address (e.g. workplace, friend, neighbour or safe place e.g. secured garden shed/garage),
If you would like your parcel to be delivered at a later date please contact us immediately, otherwise parcel will be dispatched as stated above.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Depends from the courier used it may be 1-2 working days (next day service) or 3-5 working days (economy service) - deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. On rare occasions, there are circumstances beyond our control which may delay courier from delivering within the specified time. If this happens, please contact us and we will be able to give you further information.

SPECIAL DELIVERY

Guaranteed before mid-day or Saturday options are available for an extra charge - please contact us for a quote.

DAMAGED PARCEL:

DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS SENT VIA THIRD PARTIES
It is unlikely but in case of any problems and to make me able to refund you quickly: - when you get your parcel have a look around to see are there any damages to the packing, if they are let know the courier and sign parcel but as damaged - take a photos of parcel (unpacked!) and another few partially unpacked and finally zoomed damaged elements - then send me photos – I will be able to make a claim to the courier and send you a refund - please note - all damages MUST be reported within 24 hours once received, otherwise we will not be able to make a claim to the courier and issue refund

LARGER ITEMS:

All deliveries of larger items will be made by our trusted local courier or by us – it depends on destination.
For deliveries in Scotland, please email me your postcode as the distance can affect the cost of delivery (CAN BE CHEAPER).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Deliveries to Scotland mainland can take up to 1 week.
Deliveries to England are usually made within two weeks but please allow 28 days for arrival.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Cost of delivery of larger items given in description covers both Scotland and England mainland (up to London/Bristol area - if you live further down please email me your postcode to confirm the price).Please note - this is one man service - that means that driver will need help to unload/take home the delivered item.
